As a serial entrepreneur Emil has extensive experience in the areas of Market Research, General Management and Investment Management. He has a proven track record of establishing and successfully running several start-up companies in Bulgaria in the 1990-ies. He has established Bulgarian Online Research in 2005 with 10 employees and has overseen its dynamic growth to more than 270 employees in 2015 providing the full range of services for the online market research industry.

Emil holds a Master of Science Degree (Economics) from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia and а Master of Business Administration Degree, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.

Chavdar leads the three regional Project Management teams in BOR. He is also providing support to the Pricing team. Chavdar joined the company back in 2006 as a Market Research Assistant in the brand new founded AMS Research Department. He was shortly promoted to an Associate Project Director and a Team Leader.

Chavdar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and а Master of Economics and Management in Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities Sectors from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

Todor oversees all company's research technologies teams, namely Programming, Quality Assurance and Data processing. He has joined Bulgarian Online Research in 2005, while still in university, doing his BS in Computer Science. One of the first employees and recognized expert in several programming platforms, he was also the first Team Leader of the Programming team. Since 2010 he was appointed as Research Technology Director.

Todor has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Technical University in Sofia, a MA in ICT Management from the New Bulgarian University and is currently enrolled in the MS in Computer Science in the Technical University in Sofia.
