BOR is opening its doors to students from the Technical University of Sofia Majoring in Business Administration to mentor the young and give help with their career prospects. “Our main goal was to give them a first-hand glimpse at what lies ahead for the junior project managers at BOR, to let them see and understand the company from the inside: our core values, mission, vision, and overall activities”, said Metodi Metodiev, Sr Project Manager at Bulgarian Online Research.
“It is a challenge to get the younger generations of students interested, but we were excited about this meeting. We tried to tailor the processes we presented to their attention while considering the dynamics in today’s world and the development of technologies to be as useful as possible for them,” added Yolina Petkova, Sr. Project Manager at BOR.
