The Junior Marketing Research Specialist (ЕМЕА) will have responsibility for a number of projects ensuring each project is set up efficiently; liaising with the client over issues affecting setup and fieldwork; ensuring established processes are followed, and required documentation is kept up to date.
This role would suit a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships and working as a part of a team, but also accept responsibility for their work as an individual.

Responsibilities:

– Manage every aspect of online project management;
– Communicating with the client to ensure fieldwork requirements are met;
– Providing advice on project and questionnaire requirements;
– Survey set up, testing, monitoring and validation;
– Handling internal communication.

Qualifications:

– Excellent communication skills;
– Fluent in English (both oral & written);
– Client management experience, providing a driven solution support;
– Familiarity with technological resources including Excel and web-based survey tools;
– Proactive approach and strong organizational skills;
– Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.

– Verbal and written communication with onshore and offshore counterparts and clients to determine the scope, requirements, and timeline of specific data-related tasks;
– Data validation and cleaning via Quantum/SPSS according to the client questionnaire;
– Final data deliverables review and data reformatting/ cleaning/weighting;
– Tabulations and custom reports preparation.

Qualifications:

– 1 years + of Data Processing experience;
– Aptitude and ability for web-based survey tools SQL, HTML, Tabulations & Analysis;
– Superior Knowledge of technological tools including Excel and SPSS, including writing and modifying syntax files;
– Must work productively, have the ability to meet deadlines, and possess strong time management skills;
– Ability to understand complex challenges, evaluate and set priorities, and develop creative and practical solutions;
– Ability to understand programming and logic-related terms.

We are looking for a responsible and team-oriented individual to join our team as Senior Survey Programmer. He or she will be part of our Scripting Team and work on Bulgarian Online Research Projects. For the candidate to be successful, it is important to be able to work independently without supervision and feel confident in web-based development using agile methodologies, including unit testing, code reviews, continuous delivery, etc., along with being comfortable using Confirmit and/or Decipher.

The main task of the Online Survey Programmer is to interact with the client in order to understand the requirements and based on the documentation to program an online survey or to do other support tasks, such as preparing a sample, formatting data and emailing campaigns. The job requires ability to cover night shifts.

Qualifications:

– Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
– Experience with ConfirmIt and/or Decipher will be an advantage;
– Experience with Python / Unix shell will be considered an asset;
– Excellent written and verbal English skills;
– Well-organized and detail oriented;
– Strong logic skills.

Responsibilities:

– Programming and testing surveys with specialized software – Decipher;
– Liaising with the clients over the emails or phone in order to clear the requirements and customers’ needs;
– Launching emailing campaigns with Decipher;
– Working closely with the QA, DP and Fieldwork management teams in order to guarantee the overall quality of the service provided.
