Survey Programming

Among the first teams created in BOR, approximately 20 years ago, our scripting team have worked on a wide variety of platforms, implemented hundreds of custom designs and created dozens of bespoke, stand-alone solutions.
Through our clients, our programmers have worked on some of the most challenging and rewarding surveys. This requires not only a good understanding of the survey software at hand, but putting their programming and design capabilities to the test, thus ensuring the client requirements are understood and their concepts are recreated in unique respondent journeys.
 
Regardless of whether we use Python or JavaScript powered engine (or such with proprietary language), the general principles of survey programming and design stay the same thus the experience build transcends one platform or client and allow us to quickly adopt new skills and onboard new platforms. On the other hand, the dedicated training team and the internally developed, interactive, on-boarding program allow us to quickly bring talent without experience up to speed and to integrate it in our structure.

Quality Assurance

Using internal automation tools and testing scenarios specified for the specific survey, the Quality Assurance team runs visual tests on every survey link built by BOR or other vendors. To guarantee accurate survey behavior, data collection, and the best possible respondent experience, our QA team conducts cross-platform and cross-device testing. Where manual and visual testing is not the efficient solution, survey script quality is also assessed using generated data that is run though automated scripts.

Data Processing

The team that handles data processing is proficient in all aspects of data protection, including data cleansing and checks, data re-formatting and weighing, setup and quality assurance for tabulations, OE coding, sophisticated sampling, dashboarding, and charting. To meet client expectations, we use a variety of data processing technologies, including Quantum, SPSS, PowerBI, ASCRIBE, and Q. We also output all data formats that are typical in the market research sector.

Our DP Specialists are highly valued for their expertise and skill, and they usually collaborate directly with the insights teams of our clients to provide exactly the information that is needed in the best possible format for the client. The profile of the team members is as diverse as the type of tasks they are covering, each contributing with their unique skills – people with programming or statistics background are perfect when it comes to creating automation and setting up reports, such with strong language skills and data entry experience are perfect fit for our coding team and people with experience in data crunching and visualization are great with dashboards, charting and reporting.

Pricing teams are responsible for the whole bid and sales process execution – from the initial customer contact through the project closure and invoicing. We are offering our clients consultancy around improving feasibility, cost adjustments and multiple options and revisions, based on years of experience and knowledge of the local and global markets. We have continuously built and maintained client relationships to ensure high and consistent client satisfaction.
